Mid Backend Developer

Join Our Tech Team as a Senior Back-end Developer!

We are looking for a highly skilled Mid Back-end Developer who can design and deliver scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering challenges, understands distributed systems, and takes full ownership of delivering high-quality solutions.

Necessary Qualifications

Programming Languages & Frameworks:

• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience designing and implementing scalable backend services

• Practical experience with Node.js and Express.js for building secure, fault-tolerant, and maintainable backend systems

• Strong expertise in RESTful API design, including authentication, rate-limiting, versioning, and structured error handling

Engineering Best Practices:

• Deep understanding of modern software engineering principles: automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and observability

• Strong debugging skills and familiarity with distributed system concepts

• Experience working with both relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Spanner, DynamoDB, and MongoDB

Preferred Qualifications

Industry Experience & Precision Handling:

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or blockchain environments

• Ability to work with non-floating-point numeric systems, including:

– integer-based monetary values

– fixed-precision decimal systems

– currency

- or token-denominated amounts

• Understanding of operational or regulatory constraints (AML/KYC, payment flows) is a plus, but not required

Soft Skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, implementation, and compliance

• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing interactions (English required)

• High level of autonomy, ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment
