Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong background in all aspects of digital marketing and experience in promoting IT or other professional services. The ideal candidate will be capable of conceptualizing, designing, and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns to promote business process solutions and efficiency-enhancing services for SME markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B services enhancing internal efficiency and/or optimizing business workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, PR, email, and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- English is upper-intermediate or higher. Ukrainian - fluent.
Responsibilities:
- Take over the entire marketing strategy development and execution for the Digital Products service line (custom software development), as well as manage our public brand exposure.
- Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Be completely hands-on with campaign execution while closely working with other marketing team members to achieve the results.
- Content: Oversee content creation to ensure consistent and engaging messaging.
- Analytics: Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
