Project Description:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Expert to lead the implementation of Odoo systems for small to mid-sized companies. The ideal candidate has strong business process understanding, can tailor Odoo solutions to client needs, and has the ability to build and lead teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Odoo implementation, customization, and development.
- Strong understanding of business processes, inventory, sales, accounting, HR, and project management.
- Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses, with an understanding of their unique operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Team leadership and management experience.
- Odoo certification or readiness to complete such certification is demanded.
- Knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo architecture is a plus.
- Experience with other ERPs is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and customize Odoo systems to meet the business needs of small to mid-sized companies.
- Analyze client requirements, design workflows, and provide Odoo solutions based on their business processes.
- Develop and manage end-to-end implementation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure system functionality aligns with business goals.
- Build, train, and lead a team of developers and consultants based on project demands.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for deployed Odoo systems.
- Ensure documentation of system configurations and customizations is up-to-date.
- Continuously monitor and update Odoo modules to enhance system efficiency.
