In Genesis Bluebird we are building high-volume, high-availability, low-latency platform supporting online casinos. The platform is responsible for registering players from multiple locations in the world, storing their gameplays and making sure that their money and wins are safe. Working only on regulated markets encourages us to build with flexibility that we can use to configure system according to the law requirements. Asset that we use to conquer the market is modern technology and best class engineers.

New project that we are starting puts us on new level where our previous solutions needs to be challenged and revised to fulfill all requirements.

What you will do:

Providing high-level designs for functionalities requiring cooperation between multiple teams
Actively seek for technical improvements that can be applied in the product and evangelize about it development teams
Making sure that product is developed according to commonly accepted standards
Defining key non-functional requirements and negotiating its priority with Product Department
Defining efficient monitoring strategy for key software and hardware elements of the product
Monitoring costs of infrastructure used under the product and advising optimisations

What kind of background you need to have before you join us:

Proven experience as a System Architect or Tech lead role (at least 3 years of corporate experience)
Ability to conduct technological analyses and research
Quick adaptability to changes and “can do” attitude
Open-minded, easy going with ability to see “bigger picture” of current and future status
Good communication (both Polish and English) and diplomacy skills
