We are an owner-managed, independent company headquartered in Switzerland with engineering and production facilities in Germany and regional offices world-wide. We are looking for you to join our team in Białystok, Poland or Zürich, Switzerland immediately or upon availability in a 50-100% capacity.
Your Responsibilities
Responsible for the design of our software architecture, code quality, compliance with standards and the management of software work packages
Creation and updating documentation on architecture and software design, including software safety plans, requirements, and test specifications
Integration of AI/ML models into real-time data pipelines in collaboration with data scientists and ML engineers
Cross-functional teamwork to ensure safety compliance and high-quality software solutions
Participation in software development and unit testing
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related fields
At least 5 years of professional programming experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, JUnit, Flyway and Python
Experience with HTML, CSS, Angular 11+, TypeScript, design patterns and REST API
Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker)
Analytical and logical thinking, strong problem-solving abilities and collaborative mindset
Fluency in English both written and spoken
Nice to have
Experience with React, C#, C/C++ for IoT systems, Meson, swupdate, D-Bus, Protobuf, CAN bus
Knowledge of secure software design, authentication, encryption, and cyber security principles
Expertise in Selenium and test automation, cloud backends and UX design
Competence with Git, Maven, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence
Deep understanding of Linux internals, including system boot and daemon processes
Linux kernel and BSP programming experience (e.g., drivers, device tree)
Basic understanding of Yocto/OpenEmbedded/Ubuntu Core for embedded Linux development
