About the job

You'll join the team developing the Alderamin RGS — a certified multibrand backend platform powering real-money gaming systems across multiple jurisdictions.

It's a Python-based microservices architecture (Django, FastAPI/asyncio) communicating via gRPC/Protocol Buffers and handling high-volume transactional traffic on PostgreSQL,MongoDB and Redis.

You will focus on testing core regulatory-compliant services as well as vendor integration

services.

Responsibilities

• Design and perform manual tests (regression, white-box, functional testing, exploratory and acceptance tests)

• Design and implement automated tests (API, gRPC, E2E)

• Build tools for performance, resilience, and regression testing

• Analyze logs, metrics, and traces

• Verify data consistency and transaction integrity across services

• Test fault tolerance and system behavior under high load

• Collaborate with developers to design test strategies for critical services

• Verifying and defining technical requirements based on technical specification

Requirements 

• 3–4+ years of experience in backend/system QA

• Familiarity with Linux work environment

• Strong Python skills (pytest / Robot Framework)

• Familiarity with container-based environments (Docker)

• Experience testing asynchronous and distributed systems

• Working knowledge of gRPC/Protobuf and contract testing

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB

• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitLab CI/CD)

• English at B2 level or higher

Bonus Points 

• ISTQB Foundation Level certificate

• Familiarity with AI tools (claude-code, Chat-GPT, Gemini, any LLM)

• Projects on GitHub (example of usage of your skillset)
