Job description

In G2A you will be responsible for:

Defining, developing, and releasing changes across the G2A ecosystem (both process and code)
Recognizing, defining, and reacting changes between the G2A ecosystem and Client ecosystem
Solving the client problems and implement the solution with global results
Building, leading and growing software development team which support the full life cycle of Clients (sellers) across G2A processes and systems.
Working on features and bugs and assist with code reviews
Participating in the hiring process to ensure company culture
Working on APIs integrations between G2A API and client API

We are looking for people with:

At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience
At least 2 years at Principal or Architecture level
Integration tests, API testing, Unit tests, Agile management, Issue tracking tool, Knowledge repository, Code reviews, Version control system
Solid understanding and experience with agile software development practices like Scrum, Kanban
Fluent English and Polish language
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms
Experience in cooperation with Client, reseaching the Client’s needs and proposing improvements

Nice to have:

React or Node.js or Golang or PHP experience
