Our infrastructure is built for performance, speed, and reliability—core pillars that require   an   equally   robust   network   and   security   foundation.   We   are   now expanding our team with a dedicated Networking & Security Engineer to help scale and secure our growing global infrastructure.

Role Overview

We are seeking a  hands-on Networking & Security Engineer  with deep experience in enterprise networks, low latency connectivity, and cybersecurity technologies. You will play a key role in designing, operating, and troubleshooting a secure, high-performance global network supporting 24/5 financial markets activities.

This role includes managing routing across data centres and offices, supporting trading and back-office network traffic, and operating key security platforms such as firewalls, VPNs, and ZTNA solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support network infrastructure across global offices and data centers.

• Manage and troubleshoot multicast routing for market data distribution across multiple VRFs and VLANs.

• Administer Aruba and Arista switches including configuration, firmware upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Maintain BGP peering and route filtering policies to support low-latency trading.

• Configure and monitor Palo Alto firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, and ZScaler security platforms.

• Support  VMware SD-WAN  deployments and policy management for remote offices and hubs.

• Monitor network health, latency, and throughput across critical links.

• Assist in network automation and documentation using standard tools.

• Provide 2nd line support for network/security incidents, with on-call rotation as part of 24/5 global coverage

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Proven   experience   with  multicast   routing  in   a   high-throughput environment.

• Solid understanding of BGP and enterprise-level routing & switching.

• Hands-on experience with Aruba (Access/Distribution Layer) and Arista (Core/Low Latency) switches.

• Experience working with  low-latency network tuning  for trading in financial markets or similar performance-critical environments.

• Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks firewalls, GlobalProtect, and associated security policies.

• Familiarity with ZScaler ZIA/ZPA and internet egress security in a global enterprise.

• Experience with VMware SD-WAN (VeloCloud) or other modern SD-WAN technologies.

• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex network issues at all OSI layers.

• Fluent English language knowledge 

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with network packet capture tools (Wireshark, tcpdump) and flow analysis.

• Exposure to infrastructure-as-code for network automation (e.g., Ansible for Arista EOS).

• Experience with NAC, DHCP, DNS, and Radius.

• Experience in financial services or trading infrastructure.
