This role is an opportunity to:
Lead smaller teams, acting as a technical leader on autonomous projects.
Take full ownership of delivering high-quality Android applications for global brands like Żabka, HEBE, Superpharm, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved), eobuwie, Biedronka, and many others.
Share knowledge and expertise, actively supporting the growth of junior colleagues through daily work and internal tech meetups.
Co-create coding standards and best practices within the company, elevating the quality of all projects.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of commercial experience in Android application development, supported by success in large, complex projects.
Expert knowledge of Kotlin, along with a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.
Hands-on experience in designing application architecture, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Fluency in English, allowing for seamless communication with clients and international teams.
Leadership skills, a proactive attitude, and the readiness to make key technical decisions.
Participation in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
Technologies you'll work with (among others):
Kotlin; MVVM; Kotlinx; Hilt; Coroutines+Flow; Jetpack: Compose, Navigation, Work, Paging, etc; Retrofit, Apollo, Moshi; junit5, mockk; Room, SQLDelight, Kotlin Multiplatform.
At this level, we expect you to have in-depth knowledge of most of these tools and to be able to justify the choice of appropriate solutions. As a Senior, you will have a decisive influence on the tech stack in newly created projects.
