This job is all about:
- Creating and delivering high-quality mobile applications for outstanding local and global brands,
- Leading autonomous, agile teams on ambitious, end-to-end projects, or learning to lead, if you don't yet have the necessary experience,
- Taking initiative and responsibility for the technical side of your projects,
- Designing and establishing communication with server data sources,
- Creating user interfaces based on design systems prepared by our Product Designers,
- Testing the effects of your work and reviewing the work of your team,
- Taking part in preparing relevant project documentation.
Here’s what we're looking for:
- At least 2+ years of commercial experience in developing React Native applications and at least 3+ years of general mobile development experience, native or hybrid,
- Solid knowledge of the patterns and good practices related to developing applications for mobile platforms,
- Experience with issues characteristic of mobile platforms such as push notifications, deep links, background processing, deployment to app stores etc.,

Good command of both English and Polish, which will allow you to communicate with clients and peers and read/create relevant technical documentation is a must,
- Good communication skills — we want you to interact with the people you work with, help them do a better job,
- Great attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy,
- Creativity and proactiveness — good ideas and constructive remarks are always welcome!
It will be an additional advantage if you also have:
- Experience with native iOS / Android development,
- Any experience gained from completing your own projects, not only commercial but open source software,
- Experience with CI/CD workflows.
