Job description

Experienced Product Designer

If you are an experienced, reliable Mid or Senior Product Designer, ready to join a team of more than 200 experts, lead product design projects, and develop great software for clients such as Żabka, Biedronka, Hebe, Super-Pharm, LPP (Sinsay, Reserved), eobuwie.pl, and many others, take part in our quick and remote hiring process.

Briefly about the company:

Future Mind is a brilliant, inspiring team, one of the most awarded tech consulting companies in the region. We value proactive professionals who enjoy solving problems, sharing knowledge, and teamwork. Together we create high-quality solutions that fulfill the business needs of our clients and impact the lives of their customers every day.

We all strive for continuous professional development with the active support of experienced mentors and team leaders along a well-structured professional development path – we all keep learning. In our frequent internal design meetups, we share knowledge, discuss technical and business issues, and find solutions, and when you want to take an external course, participate in a conference, or go to a meetup, we provide relevant funding.

As a team, we have received several industry awards for delivering some of the best eCommerce applications in Poland, listed among the most popular applications in app stores. Our expert engineers, designers, project managers, and analysts work on projects ranging from top mobile commerce apps used daily by millions of customers to IoT experiments.

This job is all about:

  • Quality & craft: Designing intuitive, high-quality interfaces across digital products. We focus mostly on mobile apps, but web and cross-platform projects are also part of the mix.

  • Ownership: Taking full ownership of the design process, from early discovery to shipped product. We look for people who grab things and run with them – "own it" is one of our core values.

  • Team: Being an active part of a nearly 30-person team of Product Designers and UX Researchers. That means sharing knowledge, mentoring less experienced designers, and growing together.

  • AI-powered design: Using AI as a core part of the design process. We work with Claude and Figma MCP to move faster, explore ideas, automate repetitive work, and push the quality bar higher. If you're already experimenting with AI in your workflow, you'll feel right at home.

  • Design systems: Building, scaling, and improving design systems — both small and large ones. For us, a strong design foundation is how we scale quality.

  • Communication & delivery: Presenting your work clearly, explaining your design decisions, and making sure design actually moves forward – to the team, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Dev collaboration: Working closely with developers on a daily basis: aligning on implementation, clarifying edge cases, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering commercial digital products – mobile apps in particular, including solid understanding of iOS and Android design guidelines, patterns, and benchmarks.

  • Knowledge of app design rules, iOS/Android standards, good practices, and benchmarks,

  • High-level Figma skills – variables, advanced components, auto-layout – combined with sharp attention to detail and systematic thinking

  • Hands-on experience building large-scale design systems,

  • Practical experience using AI tools in your daily workflow (Claude & Figma MCP)

  • Strong self-organization: you know how to prioritize, manage your own time, and calibrate how deep to go depending on the task. You don't need someone to tell you what to do next.

  • Clear communicator – both in writing and in presentations. You can explain your decisions to clients and developers, and you actively make sure design moves forward.

  • Good understanding of business context and how it shapes design decisions.

  • Fluent Polish; solid written and spoken English.

...and here's what we offer:

  • A non-corporate, transparent environment where your input actually shapes the work.

  • Salary frequently reviewed against market rates, your skills, and your results.

  • Real impact – we design for some of the most recognizable digital products in Poland.

  • Dedicated time and budget for your growth: external courses, conferences, meetups, supported by experienced mentors and team leads.

  • Regular internal design meetups where we learn, share, and solve problems together.

  • Truly flexible working hours and full remote flexibility – or come into the office whenever you like.

  • Private health insurance (fully paid), sports membership, mental health support, and language courses.

  • A MacBook and a quality external monitor.

  • Free breakfast, snacks, and drinks at our Warsaw office, plus a chill-out space and gaming gear for when you need a break.

  • Team and project integrations, annual sailing trip to the Masurian Lakes, holiday events, and more.
