This job is all about:

1. Creating and delivering high-quality mobile applications for outstanding local and global brands,
2. Working in agile teams on ambitious, end-to-end software development projects,
3. Proactive problem solving and delivery of high quality code,
4. Designing and establishing communication with server data sources,
5. Creating user interfaces based on design systems prepared by our Product Designers,
6. Testing the effects of your work and reviewing the work of your team,
7. Taking part in preparing relevant project documentation.

Here’s what we're looking for:

1. At least 2+ years of commercial experience in developing Flutter applications and prior experience in native iOS and Android development,
2. Solid knowledge of the patterns and good practices related to developing applications for mobile platforms,
3. Good command of both English and Polish, which will allow you to communicate with clients and peers and read/create relevant technical documentation,
4. Good communication skills — we want you to interact with the people you work with, help them do a better job,
5. Great attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy,
6. Creativity and proactiveness — good ideas and constructive remarks are always welcome!

It will be an added advantage if you have:

1. Any experience gained from completing your own projects, not only commercial but open source software,
2. Experience with CI/CD workflows.
