- Offer technical support to FunCrafters' employees directly from our office, addressing both hands-on and remote technical challenges.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on technical issues across the systems you manage.
- Handle the installation and configuration of software on employee workstations.
- Oversee the management of software licenses.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new tools within the company to enhance business operations.
- Develop and implement scripts, tools, and processes to prevent issues proactively, minimize manual tasks, and boost employee productivity.

- Candidates with over 5 years of experience in IT Support, demonstrating a track record of effective problem-solving in a remote environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver expert-level support for cloud-based and SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian products).
- In-depth knowledge of data security and identity management best practices.
- Excellent documentation skills and a passion for educating others.
- Proficiency in English, at a B2 level or higher, is essential.

- A foundational understanding of IT security regulations and standards, including ISO 27001.
