SAP FI Consultant

Job Description:

As a member of R&D/BAS team, the SAP FI Consultant will be a part of larger SAP Team, which will advise, audit and provide technical expertise to support and manage SAP application operations. This is a hands-on role capable of leading support and technical implementations to ensure customers are successfully implemented and value-established.

Responsibilities:

• Advising our national and international customers in the SAP FI area
• Redesign and optimization of business processes within existing SAP-environments of our customers
• Direct cooperation with the client in the maintenance and development of SAP FI systems within all sub-Modules
• E2E consulting from analyzation/offering via concept creation till implementation and go-live of exciting and challenging SAP FI-changes and projects
• Training of key users and conducting workshops as part of customer advice, support and optimization of the SAP FI applications
• 2nd-Level Troubleshooting of incidents 
• Identify, train yourself, pre-sales and customer advice on new, innovative topics related to SAP HCM

Qualifications:

• Good written and spoken German and English (minimum B1-Level)
• Several years of professional experience as SAP FI consultant (minimum 3 years), full FI module knowledge, experience in customizations
• experience in project implementation and system maintenance
• knowledge in CO is welcomed but not a must
• Skills in SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and Integration from SF to SAP HCM are desirable
• Successfully demonstrated analytical and process-oriented thinking and acting 
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer orientation
• Collaborations with team-mates in Portugal, Germany and India are not difficult

Salary: Salary: 18 000 - 25 000 PLN gross monthly / 105 -210 PLN net hourly on B2B contract
