What’s the role about?

Highly skilled and experienced Lead Developer with a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high‑performance backend systems. Known for exceptional problem‑solving skills, ownership mindset, and a collaborative approach that strengthens team dynamics. Technical Skills

Primary Technologies (Expert Level)

• Python – advanced software design, async programming, performance optimization

• LangChain / LangGraph – building LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, vector integrations

• Docker – containerization, multi‑stage builds, optimized production images

• Entra ID (Azure AD) – authentication/authorization flows, OAuth2, OpenID Connect

• GitLab – branching strategies, merging workflows, pipelines

• LangSmith – LLM monitoring, evaluation, tracing

• FastAPI – designing high‑performance REST services and backend APIs

• Pytest – unit/integration testing, fixtures, mocks

• Postgres – schema design, query optimization, migrations

• Azureite – Azure Storage emulation for local development

• Poetry – dependency & environment management

• Pydantic – data validation, settings management, typed models

• OpenTelemetry – distributed tracing, metrics, logging

Nice to have – while not mandatory, these additional skills will make you stand out:

• Neo4j – graph databases, Cypher queries
