What you’ll do:
In this role, you will combine analytical work with consulting and client interaction. Your tasks will include:Data & Analytics
Analyze e-commerce, loyalty, behavioral and transactional datasets
Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Build dashboards and reporting layers (Looker, Power BI)
AI & Machine Learning
Design and implement ML models (churn, segmentation, forecasts, scoring)
Deliver at least one end-to-end ML solution into production (your experience will be strongly valued)
Work with MLOps patterns on GCP (BigQuery, Vertex AI, Cloud Run, pipelines)
Consulting & Client Work
Lead analytical conversations with customers
Present insights, defend your recommendations, and translate tech into business
Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to shape the full solution
Participate in workshops, scoping sessions, and pre-sales when needed
You’ll be both a problem-solver and a trusted advisor — someone who can “own” the analytical and ML part of a project.
Requirements:
Must-have
Strong SQL and Python (pandas, seaborn, scikit-learn)
Experience delivering at least one ML model to production
Understanding of MLOps on cloud (preferably GCP)
Experience working with BigQuery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to talk to clients, explain insights, and defend your recommendations
Experience with BI tools: Looker (Platform / LookML) or Power BI
Git / version control
English at a communicative level
Nice to have
Experience with data modeling
Familiarity with R / tidyverse
Experience with AWS or Azure
Advanced statistical background (A/B tests, inference)
Predictive modeling in real business cases (e-commerce, churn, segmentation)
