Forte Group is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to contribute to our AI projects. The ideal candidate will have strong coding and data preparation skills, experience with leading AI/ML frameworks, and familiarity with generative AI techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and implement AI and machine learning models
• Prepare and preprocess data for AI/ML models
• Integrate AI/ML models into existing products

Requirements

• Proficiency in Java, Scala, Spark, and/or Python
• Experience with data preparation for AI/ML models
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning frameworks
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and techniques, including prompt engineering, agentic AI, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
• Understanding of data science principles and workflows
• Database experience (SQL, NoSQL, or other relevant technologies)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently when needed
