The role is open to candidates based in Poland (Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk) or Portugal (Lisbon).

About the role

As a Senior Product Designer at Fluxon, you’ll be a strategic creative partner shaping impactful experiences. This role suits a curious, craft-driven thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and values ownership, integrity, and balance.

While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.
2. Work closely with the development teams to create and implement design for both client and internal products.
3. Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
4. Promote a culture of empathy for the end-user.
5. Stay up to date with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning.

Qualifications

1. A skilled storyteller and “conceptor” with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results.
2. Experience in a customer-facing role and in mentoring a team of gifted creatives.
3. Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills.
4. A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
5. Passion about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
6. Expert in graphic design, typography, iconography, styling, and animation.
7. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
8. Previous experience with and passion for startups.
9. Experience working with US or European clients.
