Job Description

Onboarding new customers providing effective delivery of projects, adopting responsibility for key project tasks or solution areas
Develop ETL (Extract Transform Load) pipelines
Contribute & Review solution design and delivery documentation.
Configure the solution as per the solution documentation
Successfully navigate situations where documentation doesn’t exist
Ongoing awareness and mitigation of implementation issues and risks and reporting them to internal stakeholders or Client Project Manager where applicable
Develop knowledge of internal products to include improved features and installation/upgrade approaches
Diagnosing the problem and create solutions for implementation challenges that arise
Being a dedicated resource to help navigate our customers through technical challenges including design trade-offs and platform features
Track and record time and contributions across milestones for project completion or consultancy time spent
