Technical Operations & Data Analysis Support Specialist (with German)

At FERCHAU Poland, we are looking for a specialist to join our international technical team supporting telematics and fleet management solutions.

In this role, you will work across Technical Team Assistance, System Configuration & Support, as well as Data Analysis. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Participating in customer meetings and preparing notes/ summaries

• Translating business requirements into technical tasks for internal teams

• Preparing, structuring, and validating data and technical information

• Creating and maintaining documentation & presentations for decision making

• Coordinating smaller technical tasks and collaborating closely with engineering teams

• Performing remote configuration of telematics control units (TCUs) in line with established procedures

• Handling incidents/ service tickets, including documenting errors and corrective actions

• Conducting basic system monitoring- verifying scripts and parameter changes

• Analyzing large datasets in Excel (including VBA)

• Preparing data for reports, reviews, and customer-facing meetings

• Identifying trends, recurring error patterns, and validating KPIs

• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency as well as supporting reporting activities in Power BI

What we are looking for:

• German and English language skills at B2+ level minimum - both languages are essential and strictly required for this role

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including basic VBA skills

• Experience handling large or complex datasets

• Technical understanding in the areas of: vehicle or machinery system architecture/ telematics and connectivity technologies/ core IT architecture concepts

• Ability to work autonomously with a structured, organized, and methodical approach

• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in customer interactions

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in technical support, project assistance, or technical coordination

• Academic or professional background in Automotive, Engineering, or IT

• Basic familiarity with Power BI

• Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems

• Understanding of quality assurance methods or process‑oriented workflows
