C++ Developer

FERCHAU Poland invites an experienced Software Engineer to join our team in Poland. The candidate will be responsible for developing software for user interface using C++ and Qt technology.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Co-design and development of the basic structure on the new controller and visual panels for Wind turbines, mobile cranes and other industry applications
• Coordinating, designing and developing the software architecture
• Independent coordination of Software development tasks
• Support process improvements towards workflow compliance and automation

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics engineering or related field
• Several years of commercial experience as a software developer, software integrator or system architect using C++, Qt, Java Script and QM
• Experience with Git and Azure
• Experience in designing icons or user interfaces
• Knowledge about microprocessors / embedded development (e.g. Raspberry Pi)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, German will be an advantage
• Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
• Great self-organised skills and focus on detail
