SAP HR - Imple­ment­a­tion and Migra­tion Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Conducting business and system requirements analysis to ensure effective implementation and migration of HR systems
• Designing and executing a comprehensive data migration strategy, including planning, testing, and optimizing processes
• Working closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth, consistent, and efficient implementation
• Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigating solutions to ensure project success
• Maintaining and optimizing HR systems after implementation, including managing upgrades, patches, and system improvements
• Implementing integration solutions between various HR systems, learning systems, payroll platforms, and other business applications

Our requirements:

• 5 years' experience working with HR systems, including at least 3 years' experience in system implementations
• Certifications related to the implementation of HR systems
• Knowledge of HR business processes and demonstrated best practices in HR systems implementation
• Experience working with large data sets and managing data migration, including the use of ETL tools
• Experience working in Scrum methodology
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a significant asset
