Positioned at the CIO minus two level, and reporting to the Head of Infrastructure products, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader for the position of Head of IT Services & Technology Prod ucts. This role is pivotal in driving digital innovation within Falck, a global leader in healthcare. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology prod ucts within Digital Workplace (Office 365, MS Intune, End User Compute), Digital Asset Management (Asset cycle management on hardware & software), ITIL process Management (Service request fulfill ment, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Configuration Management), ServiceNow development as an ITSM tool and enterprise product for Case Management at Falck.
These products will enhance our digital infrastructure and support our mission to improve the well-be ing of people worldwide. As the Head of IT Services & Technology, you will have oversight of technol ogy products and work closely with the application and maintenance teams. Leading a skilled team of
around 20 professionals, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and operate next generation technology solutions that align with business objectives and give Falck a competitive edge in the healthcare industry.
Collaborating closely with Digital Technology and Business teams, you will lead and participate in the transformation of the business, expediting the digital journey for customers and consumers to ensure a seamless and innovative experience. The product teams are responsible for ensuring available, se cure, and compliant environments, as well as delivering new digital capabilities. Additionally, the IT
Service & Technology area plays a crucial technical role in mergers and acquisitions, as well as di vestments.

Main Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the Digital Technology and Infrastructure department, focusing on the development and deployment of innovative technology products.
▪ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including public and private Cloud Solutions, Network, Security & Enterprise Architects, and our SOC teams across the Falck global organization. You are responsible for Product teams that across Poland, Denmark and Colombia.
▪ Drive the digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
▪ Oversee the ongoing operations and enhancements of the technology infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
▪ Manage vendor relationships and conduct cybersecurity risk assessments on new and existing vendors and solutions.
▪ Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technology team.
▪ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining secure communication platforms and initiating security awareness and competency development training programs.
▪ Manage IT financials, including budget allocation, cost optimization, and forecasting.
▪ Strategy and organizational Development with the technology area.
Desirable Knowledge:
Experience:
▪ Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise companies, preferably in IT or digital organizations.
▪ Familiarity with ITIL Processes: Should have experience in identifying, planning, and man aging improvements in the ITIL framework.
▪ ITSM Tools Proficiency: Must have an advanced familiarity with ITSM tools. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
▪ Framework Understanding: Should have a solid understanding of ITIL, Lean, and Agile frameworks.
▪ Proven track record of leading digital trans formation initiatives.
▪ Proven experience in a leadership role within the technology sector, preferably in a global organization.
▪ Strong decision-making skills and ability to make informed decisions independently.
▪ Strong understanding of digital technology, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
▪ Excellent problem-solving skills with a high degree of analytical thinking and intellectual curiosity.
▪ Ability to work with geographically distributed and English-speaking cross-functional
teams.
▪ Experience with cloud solutions, network in infrastructure, and cybersecurity tools.
▪ Relevant certifications or courses in technology management, cybersecurity, or related fields are a plus.
▪ Familiarity with cloud platforms and transformation of applications and services to the cloud.

Qualifications/Certifications:
▪ Preferred: ITIL Certification: ITIL Foundation certification is preferred, as it provides com prehensile knowledge about ITIL service management practices. Candidates with advanced ITIL certifications such as ITIL Inter mediate or ITIL Expert will have a distinctive advantage.
▪ Additional Certifications: Certifications in other relevant areas such as Lean, Agile, or Project Management (like PMP or Prince2) would be advantageous. These certifications provide an understanding of efficient methodologies to manage projects and drive process improvements
▪ Training in ITSM Tools: Formal training or certification in ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow, would be beneficial. This training ensures the candidate is adept at using these tools for service management tasks.
