    Product Lead (Startup Environment)

    About Us:

    We are a cutting-edge startup in the crypto payments industry, partnered with one of the largest crypto companies in the CEE region. Our platform integrates with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and offers clients unmatched security and reliability through our unique FIAT guarantee.


    The Role:

    As a Product Lead, you will wear multiple hats, balancing strategic product management with dynamic sales efforts. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact not only on our product but also on the operations of two companies—our own and our close business partner. Hats you'll need to wear:

    • Product Owner: Become the expert on our product and lead its expansion, driving innovation while ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
    • Sales Leader: Leverage our founders' extensive network to generate new business opportunities, particularly in the eCommerce sector. You will attend conferences across Europe, build relationships, and close deals with new clients.
    • Project Manager: Act as the key liaison between our internal teams and our trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination across services, AML, and support teams.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead product development and strategy, from conception to execution.
    • Build and maintain client relationships, attending conferences, networking events, and driving sales efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage projects and ensure successful service delivery.
    • Provide regular feedback on product performance and identify areas for growth.


    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in product management, sales, and team leadership.
    • Strong business development skills, with the ability to engage and close deals.
    • Experience and network in the eCommerce industry are highly valued.
    • A proactive, results-driven attitude. We need someone who takes initiative and gets things done.
    • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A vast network within the industry will be a major asset.
