Job description

We are Poznan based outsourcing company developing three major divisions: Web Development, SAP Consulting Services and Financial Shared Services Center. Currently we are seeking an Agile Business Analyst/Product Owner to work on an e-commerce project for one of the leading German providers of electronic equipment. You should definitely join us, if you like playing FIFA or you are a fan of a table football. Well, there are plenty of other reasons too :)

You will:

Work to identify needs, gather requirements, develop user stories, and propose business solutions
Gain domain knowledge, analyse requirements and designs to fully understand solutions and be able to recommend improvements
Support all phases of the project development lifecycle using Agile methodology
Responsible for ensuring the final product meets client's expectations
Collaborate with team members, clients and other stakeholders to review, refine and prioritize user stories
Actively participate in problem resolution
Work closely with team members to solution, schedule, deliver and accept product features

Qualifications:

Experience as a business analyst, product owner, project coordinator in a technology field or similar role
Previous experience as a developer will be a plus
The ability to create excellent user stories
Working experience on Agile development environment
Very good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
