Test Manager (PSI Metals MES)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the L2/L3 testing strategy for the integrated production platform.

• Provide strategic testing methodology guidance to the Product Platform Lead.

• Coordinate and mentor L2 suppliers, ensuring alignment with project standards.

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end steelmaking processes, focusing on L2–L4 integration.

• Oversee functional testing across: PSI Metals MES, Danieli automation (hot rolling), SMS Group EAF (cold rolling), Integration with SAP ERP

• Ensure data consistency and seamless information flow between MES, L2 automation, and ERP systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in test management within heavy industry, ideally in steelmaking.

• Strong strategic communication skills with clients.

• Deep understanding of L2–L4 process chains in steel production.

• Hands-on experience with PSI Metals MES, Danieli automation, SMS Group EAF

• Proven track record in MES–ERP (SAP) integration.

• Solid knowledge of end-to-end steelmaking processes.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in consulting and mentoring L2 suppliers.

• Awareness of Industry 4.0 trends.

• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies in industrial projects.

• English proficiency at B2 level.
