Test Automation Manager

Location: 100% Remote (occasional travel to Prague, covered by the client)

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the development of an Automation Strategy for a global pharmaceutical client. 

Tasks

• Define and implement a scalable automation strategy using Robot Framework, Tosca, Selenium, X-Ray, and GitHub

• Lead and manage a distributed team of automation testers

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and regulatory experts

• Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory standards and data integrity principles

• Establish KPIs and quality metrics to monitor and improve testing processes

• Innovate testing approaches and automation frameworks to enhance reproducibility and efficiency

• Translate complex research workflows into structured, compliant quality processes

• Occasionally travel to the client’s location in Prague (travel costs covered)

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and software lifecycle management

• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework or Tosca or X-Ray 

• Knowledge of Selenium, GitHub, and GitHub Actions

• Understanding of pharma research data validation, reproducibility, and regulatory standards is nice to have

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
