About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide remote support for our client. The role involves resolving technical issues of moderate to high complexity, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining detailed case documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver global technical support as a subject matter expert
Collaborate with development and internal teams to resolve issues
Manage and resolve incoming support cases
Document all interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Support
Experience with AI technologies
Strong background in customer support and troubleshooting
Solid Unix/Linux administration skills
Knowledge of network protocols: SSH, HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, SNMP
Hands-on experience with VMware
Experience in Kubernetes and Docker
Experience with databases: MySQL, Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
Familiarity with AWS and APIs (SOAP/REST)
Experience with monitoring and data collection platforms
Comfortable using CRM tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
