Contract Type: B2B (140 - 170 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineering Lead to join the Engineering & Networks team,  in telecommunication services. This role involves designing and implementing complex systems engineering solutions, leading technical teams, and driving innovation in system architecture and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in delivering complex systems engineering solutions for global projects.

• Design and develop engineering systems, including architecture, integrations, simulations, and test methods.

• Oversee feature plan implementation and conduct Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system integrations and ensure high reliability.

Expectations

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related fields.

• Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering and strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, EKS, VPC, Transit Gateway, Private Link).

• Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, Terraform, Python programming, and Kubernetes.

• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, container technologies (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar).
