Tasks

• Perform comprehensive system analysis focused strictly on technical aspects (not business analysis, no user stories).

• Model complex systems using UML within Sparx Enterprise Architect.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (developers, testers, PM, Scrum Master, GUI designer, Solution Architect) in a Scrum environment (4-week sprints).

• Contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a .NET + Angular web application based on microservices and microfrontends.

• Plan and organize your analytical work effectively.

• Occasionally attend on-site meetings (always scheduled well in advance).

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in system analysis OR 4 years plus OMG Certified UML Professional (Intermediate) or equivalent.

• Expert-level knowledge of UML and Sparx Enterprise Architect.

• Proven experience in creating full analytical models using UML.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (1st cycle of higher education).

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a small analytical team.

• Experience in designing and implementing analytical processes.

• English proficiency at C1 level.

• Attention to detail, reliability, and engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in public sector projects.

• Leadership experience in analytical teams.

• UML certification.
