Supply Chain Planning Consultant

Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible

Work Model: 100% remote 

Contract Type: B2B (170-190 PLN/h + VAT)

We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant with experience in planning processes and exposure to Advanced Planning Systems, particularly Kinaxis. In this role, you will support global and local clients in improving their supply chain planning capabilities through system implementations, enhancements and transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into functional solutions and contribute to key project activities across design, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end supply chain transformation projects across Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and related functional areas.

• Contribute to implementations and rollouts of Advanced Planning and Scheduling systems, including Kinaxis, often within Agile delivery frameworks.

• Act as a key client contact and subject‑matter contributor, translating business needs into functional specifications, user stories and design documentation.

• Co‑facilitate workshops with cross‑functional and geographically distributed client teams

  
  

Expectations

• Experience gained in supply chain planning roles (e.g., demand or supply planning, S&OP, analysis) or consulting/system implementation involving planning systems.

• Solid understanding of supply chain planning processes with the ability to convert business requirements into functional or technical solutions.

• Exposure to Advanced Planning Systems, ideally Kinaxis, with interest in further development in this area.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills

• Business‑level English proficiency and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30%).
