ServiceNow Practice Lead

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Practice Lead to drive strategic growth and delivery excellence within our ServiceNow practice. This leadership role involves managing high-impact programs, representing the organization in client and vendor engagements, and overseeing operational and staffing decisions to ensure successful execution of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for ServiceNow practice growth.

• Act as a brand ambassador in client and vendor interactions.

• Identify and communicate internal and external risks to leadership.

• Represent the organization in community activities to enhance visibility.

• Create and manage delivery plans aligned with strategic objectives.

• Monitor program and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Lead planning, execution, and evaluation of special projects.

• Determine staffing needs and oversee recruitment and selection processes.

• Collaborate with finance to prepare and manage budgets.

• Provide regular financial and operational reports to leadership.

• Maintain stakeholder communication and monitor community needs.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external partners.

  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, including leadership in IT Service Management.

• Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations.

• Strong presentation and team leadership skills.

• Ability to define high-level solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and business domains using ServiceNow.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• ITIL and ServiceNow certifications.

• Experience as a ServiceNow architect in enterprise-level implementations.
