ServiceNow HRSD Senior Developer

Tasks

As a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, you will:

• Design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module, including case management, employee document management, and lifecycle event management.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Develop and deploy Employee Center (EC/EC Pro) portals to enhance employee self-service and engagement.

• Customize HR service catalogs, knowledge bases, and virtual agent conversations to streamline HR processes.

• Integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, ITOM) and external HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Ensure platform governance, data consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards.

• Create technical documentation, conduct unit testing, and support deployment and post-go-live activities.

• Work closely with architects and technical leads to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• 4–6 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and development.

• Proven expertise in HRSD module development and configuration.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HRSD preferred.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.

• Familiarity with integrations to HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• English proficiency at C1/C2 level; other European languages are a plus.
