- Minimum 2+ Years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations
- Minimum 2+ Years' experience of experience in JavaScript or related application development
- Minimum 2+ Years of experience with Application Experience: CSM Cases, Customer Portal, Agent Workspace, Dashboards, Automations, Workflows, Flow Designer, Remote Tables, IntegrationHub, Knowledge, Service Catalog
- Ability to plan, solution, develop, and test Working Product as part of an Agile/Scrum Development Team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
- Angular JS
- Advanced Skills with ServiceNow Development APIs
- Web Service Integration (API Web Services) experience
- LDAP Integration experience
- Single Sign-on configuration and administration
- SQL Experience
- Experienced and Comfortable Presenting to large Audiences
- Advanced Application Experience: ITx, HR, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, Security, Asset Management, PPM a Plus
