Responsibilities:
· Assist in operationalizing CSDM 4.0 and aligning the data model with business processes.
· Process Analysis, Designing & Implementation for in scope ITSM processes
· Drive the discovery workshops with Liberty stakeholders from ITSM Process standpoint
· Work with the client to gather and refine user stories and requirements.
· Provide functional expertise for ITSM modules and guide configurations to meet business needs.
· Support UAT by coordinating with end-users and ensuring test scenarios are met.
Requirements:
· Needed experience with implementing ITSM Processes including Incident, Problem and Change Management, Catalogue, CMDB, Portal and Integrations in ServiceNow platform
· ServiceNow
· CSDM experience
· ITOM, ITBM, Service Mapping, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal
