About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Consultant to guide and support our clients in optimizing their use of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves analyzing business needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow modules, aligning with best practices and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Design and recommend solutions leveraging ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
- Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, managing expectations and deliverables.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform updates and features.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and workflows.
- Ability to map business needs to ServiceNow capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex challenges.
Preferred Skills:
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).
- Experience with process improvement or business analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
