ServiceNow Consultant (HRSD)

Contract Type: B2B (210-230 PLN/h + VAT)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands‑on expertise in HR Service Delivery, platform development, and secure HR data management. The role focuses on building and enhancing HRSD capabilities, workflows, and integrations to support scalable HR operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with HR and technical teams to deliver high‑quality, compliant, and well‑structured ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure HRSD modules, including HR Case Management, HR Services, COEs, templates, and Employee Center/Service Portal components.

• Implement platform features using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, GlideRecord/GlideAjax, UI Policies, and ACLs to ensure robust functionality and security.

• Design workflows and automations using Flow Designer, building reusable subflows, approval processes, and HR‑related notifications.

• Create and maintain integrations with systems such as Workday, Cornerstone, or CIDM using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and scheduled data synchronizations

  
  

Expectations

• 4-5 years of overall development experience, including at least 2+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow HRSD development expertise.

• Strong command of HRSD capabilities and HR processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, security model (roles, ACLs, user criteria), and performance optimization.

• Experience delivering integrations across HR ecosystems and working in cross‑functional environments involving HR, IT, and architecture teams.
