Rate: 80–90 PLN netto+VAT/h

We are looking for a Planning Support / Key User to assist Supply Planners, Line Schedulers, and Material Planners. This role focuses on operational support, data quality, running planning cycles, troubleshooting, and working as a Key User for Blue Yonder and SAP S/4 planning tools.This is not a full Planner position — it is a support role working closely with the Planning Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational and system support to Supply Planning, Line Scheduling, or Material Planning teams.

• Run and monitor planning cycles in Blue Yonder and SAP S/4; validate results and flag inconsistencies.

• Support troubleshooting, incident coordination, and communication with IT / global support teams.

• Maintain and validate master data across planning tools (BY, SAP S/4).

• Execute scenario simulations and perform basic analyses supporting planners.

• Participate in UAT, testing activities and minor process improvements.

• Prepare operational reports and data extracts as needed.

Requirements:

Must Have (Specific & Verified Experience):

1. Supply Planning Support

• Experience working in Supply Planning or supporting Supply Planners.

• Proven hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder ESP (Enterprise Supply Planning).

2. Line Scheduling Support

• Experience supporting or performing line scheduling/production sequencing.

• Proven experience in Blue Yonder SEQ (Sequencing).

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ePPDS (embedded Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling).

3. Material Planning Support

• Experience in material planning, MRP or material supply processes.

• Proven experience with Blue Yonder ESP.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA (MRP / planning modules).

General Must Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning-related function (Supply, Material, Scheduling).

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

• Practical experience working with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SAP APO/IBP.

• Experience with capacity planning or scenario planning.

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, or VBA skills.

• Experience supporting S&OP cycles.
