We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Engineer to support Data Science Platform & Reporting team. In this role, you will be a Senior Engineer on a cross-functional team building the backbone for data science and analytics.

Responsibilities:

·       You will focus on designing, developing, and operating robust platform services in the public cloud (Azure) and support migrating some on premise workloads to the cloud.

·       Your primary mission will be to create scalable tools, APIs, and automated systems that empower data scientists and analysts across the organization, enabling them to work efficiently and effectively.

·       What You Will Do Design, build, and operate scalable software services and APIs that form our central data platform.

·       Own the full DevOps lifecycle for your services, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring.

·       Contribute to the architecture and evolution of our core data platform.

·       Develop robust, production-grade data pipelines (ETL/ELT) using modern data engineering practices to integrate data from various sources.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements:

·       Software engineering experience (3-6 years) with a strong background in designing, developing, and operating scalable software services.

·       You have a deep understanding of design patterns and best practices.

·       Deep expertise in modern programming languages, including Java, Python, and SQL.

·       You're also comfortable with Bash scripting and Linux systems.

·       Hands-on experience building robust data pipelines, along with architectural skills to contribute to the long-term evolution of a core data platform.

·       Strong DevOps capabilities, including CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.

·       A collaborative and product-oriented mindset, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for automating processes and mentoring others.
