Senior ServiceNow Architect

Location: 100% remote work


Tasks
•    Architect and deliver multiple applications within a unified workspace using UI Builder and App Engine
•    Design and implement with the development team multi‑business, category, and portfolio custom data models designed for enterprise scalability, performance, and maintainability
•    Lead integration strategy with client architecture teams and vendors such as SAP, Databricks, and other legacy systems using IntegrationHub, MID Server, and custom APIs
•    Define and enforce technical governance, coding standards, and platform health monitoring
•    Host Design Authority sessions to review and approve technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and SPM modules
•    Collaborate with enterprise architects, product owners, and delivery leads to align architecture with business strategy
•    Mentor junior architects and developers while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous learning
•    Evaluate and integrate AI and GenAI capabilities into ServiceNow workflows to enhance automation and user experience
•    Produce high‑level architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and reusable components


Requirements
•    Over 10 years of experience in IT architecture including over 7 years of ServiceNow experience
•    Proven experience leading ServiceNow design and delivery across multiple modules and workspaces
•    Deep expertise in UI Builder, App Engine, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and CMDB
•    Experience with custom data modelling, SAP integration, and legacy system orchestration
•    ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification
•    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
•    Certified Implementation Specialist certification in ITSM, CSM, or ITOM
•    ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
•    Experience with AI and GenAI tools to enhance architecture
