Overview

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a long-term “DC Migration” program. The role focuses on project and program integration management, coordination of multiple workstreams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of migration‑related initiatives. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the financial sector, and is comfortable leading complex, multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising assigned workstreams and projects within the DC Migration program

• Overseeing project integration, including launch, scope management, change control, budget monitoring, and closure

• Planning and coordinating the work of project teams, including gathering effort estimates, validating requirements, setting delivery timelines, and prioritizing tasks

• Monitoring project execution, workload distribution, resource availability, and optimizing resource use, including oversight of external vendors

• Identifying project risks, defining mitigation plans, escalating critical situations, and reporting project progress

• Ensuring quality and completeness of project documentation

• Coordinating and supervising workstreams across component projects of the broader program

• Supporting the development and improvement of project management methodology and tools

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager in financial services (preferred) or insurance, telecommunications, or consulting

• Strong understanding of the SDLC process

• Good command of English suitable for work in an international environment

• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence

• Ability to manage own workload and team workload effectively

• Strong negotiation and influence skills

• Ability to identify risks and define effective mitigation strategies

• Strong customer and vendor relationship management skills

• Ability to set clear and achievable goals

• Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems
