Senior Java Developer

Senior Java Developer (Microservices / Fullstack / Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join a team building a modern service scheduling system for commercial vehicles. The application optimizes service plans, improves vehicle uptime, and streamlines workshop operations.

We are currently undergoing a major modernization of the platform – moving from a monolith to microservices architecture, simplifying business flows, and rewriting key features.

Joining us, you will:

• be part of an aftermarket team (trucks & buses),

• become a recognized Java expert and promote best practices,

• act as a mentor for other developers,

• have a real impact on the development of a business-critical product.

Work model

• Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office (Wrocław)

• Remaining days – remote work

Ideal candidate profile:

• at least 7 years of experience with Java 8+

• knowledge of front-end technologies (React)

• good understanding of unit testing (JUnit)

• experience with test automation

• knowledge of Spring MVC / Spring Boot

• hands-on experience with relational databases & ORM (Hibernate, SQL)

• understanding of containerization (Docker)

• practical knowledge of microservices architecture

Nice to have:

• Java 17

• Azure Cloud / hosting

• DevSecOps skills (Azure, JBOSS)

• additional front-end frameworks (Backbone, Marionette)

• fullstack experience
