(F/M) Fullstack Developer

About the Product

You will join a team developing a high-throughput molecular diagnostics system for infectious diseases. The solution is based on multiplex PCR (syndromic testing) technology, enabling detection of multiple pathogens from a single patient sample with minimal hands-on time.

Responsibilities:

• Design and development of backend components using Java and Spring

• Implementation of asynchronous communication (RabbitMQ / AMQP)

• Designing and optimizing persistence layer (PostgreSQL, Hibernate, Flyway)

• Contributing to system architecture decisions

• Limited support of the frontend layer (Angular)

• Active participation in improving development processes and technical standards

Must-Have Requirements:

• Java 17 or higher

• Spring Framework 6

• Hibernate 6 / JPA

• PostgreSQL

• Gradle

• Docker

• Flyway

• RabbitMQ / AMQP

Angular knowledge is appreciated but strong frontend expertise is not required. Backend competence is the priority.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with high-availability or high-throughput systems

• Experience using AI agents/tools to support software development

• Experience in projects integrating software with hardware devices

Recruitment Process (1–2 weeks total):

1. Technical interview (1.5–2 hours) with the Manager and Technical Recruiter, including a live coding session

2. Second meeting with the Manager (up to 1 hour) – soft skills and team fit discussion

3. Final decision
