Senior Java Developer

As part of the Stock Exchange Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the back-end and front-end development of our products. We're seeking top-tier talent to join our growing team and help shape the future of financial markets infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-performance Java-based back-end solutions for post-trade processing, ensuring seamless integration with primary and secondary market trading systems

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies, maintaining system resilience and operational reliability

• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-in-class solutions, following Java development best practices and financial market regulations

• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders, leveraging frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe

• Develop and maintain mission-critical financial systems used by leading global financial institutions, contributing to the advancement of post-trade processing infrastructure

  
  

Requirements:

• Proven Expertise in High-Performance Java Development

• 10+ years of experience in multi-threaded, low-latency Java applications (Java 8+, Spring Boot)

• Advanced Database & Performance Optimization Skills

• Expertise in SQL, Hibernate, and database optimization to handle high-throughput financial transactions

• Deep Knowledge of Financial Markets & Messaging Protocols

• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, and system integration

• Strategic Problem-Solver with a Resilience Mindset

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in complex, mission-critical systems

• Passion for building secure, scalable, and future-proof software solutions
