We are building a unified, cloud-based internal platform designed to streamline and optimize complex business processes across multiple locations. This long-term initiative focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using modern technologies and best development practices.

Role Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing modern web applications. Your primary focus will be frontend development with Angular, complemented by Java (Spring Boot) on the backend. You’ll collaborate closely with the development team and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable solutions.

This position is ideal for an engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys mentoring others, and takes ownership of technical excellence and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of full stack applications using Angular, TypeScript, Java, Docker, GitLab, and Azure Cloud.

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to design, adapt, and optimize custom cloud-based solutions.

• Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.

• Support and mentor junior developers, fostering growth and technical quality.

• Continuously identify and implement improvements in code quality, performance, and scalability.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of software development experience, ideally with a strong frontend focus.

• Expert-level skills in Angular, Angular Material, and TypeScript.

• Solid mid-level experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.

• Experience with Docker, Azure Cloud, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong understanding of REST API design, microservices architecture, and modern cloud practices.

• Autonomous, quality-focused work approach with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with infrastructure as code, DevOps, or container orchestration tools.

• Familiarity with React or Go.
