Senior ETL Tester

Requirements:

• Collaborate with team members, testing, and implementation project activities to achieve project and client goals.

• Design, develop, and execute ETL & ELT test cases, scenarios, and scripts.

• Validate data transformations, data loads, and data reconciliation processes.

• Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in data warehouses and ETL processes.

• Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA and other defect tracking tools.

• Perform integration and regression testing for ETL processes.

• Participate in the organization-wide people initiatives.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ETL testing and data validation.

• Strong experience with SQL, data querying, and database validation.

• Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or DataStage.

• Hands-on experience in data warehouse testing and big data environments.

• Experience with JIRA and/or other defect tracking tools.

• Knowledge of different project approaches (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Experience with self-organizing daily workload and reporting it to the team.

• Experience guiding and supporting junior team members.

• Excellent B2+ English skills, enabling communication in globally distributed teams.

• Ability to occasionally travel to the client’s location.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• Experience in the healthcare or finance industry.

• ISTQB certification.

• Basic experience in Test Automation for ETL processes.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot application logs.
