Role Overview

The Senior EPM Oracle Consultant works within a technologically versatile team, delivering consulting services to leading organizations across EMEIA and globally. The role focuses on implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions including Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Narrative Reporting (NR), Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), Tax Reporting (TRCS), and Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).

You will be part of a team responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting EPM solutions across various systems. Projects involve collaboration with major players in financial markets on complex and impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

·       Deliver functional and technical Oracle EPM solutions aligned with client needs

·       Coach and mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing

·       Participate in RFPs, Proof of Concepts (PoC), staffing, and estimation activities

·       Configure, customize, and deploy Oracle EPM solutions based on business requirements

·       Support business development by creating proposals and building client relationships

·       Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders

·       Design and implement task flows and metadata models in EPM systems

·       Provide solutions and enhancements for consolidation and planning systems

·       Support testing activities including functional and technical validation

Requirements

·       Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations (HFM, FCCS, Hyperion Planning, or PBCS)

·       Experience across different phases of the implementation lifecycle

·       Strong understanding of consolidation and planning processes

·       Techno-functional expertise in Oracle EPM solutions

·       Experience in designing task flows and metadata in HFM/FCCS or Planning/PBCS

·       Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues

·       Experience in system testing and enhancement delivery

·       Ability to quickly understand complex business requirements

·       Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

·       Knowledge of additional EPM tools and technologies

·       Fluency in German, French, or Italian

·       Experience working in international and distributed teams
