Senior Dynamics CRM Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions within Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), covering modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.

• Execute advanced configuration and customization of entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.

• Manage security roles, business units, and hierarchical security models to ensure appropriate data access and governance.

• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Platform tools.

• Develop and maintain Dynamics Portals (Power Pages), ensuring a seamless user experience and efficient data flow.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for streamlined deployment and version control.

  
  

Requirements:

• 7-8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following apps: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service.

• Proficiency in advanced customization and configuration (entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, BPF).

• Strong understanding of security roles, business units, and hierarchical security models.

• Experience in data modeling, integrations, and solution management across environments.

• Solid knowledge of Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).

• Experience with Power Automate (cloud flows).

• Basic development experience with Power BI.

• Experience with Power Pages (Dynamics Portals).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
