Senior DevOps Expert & Evangelist

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week from the Warsaw office

Are you a passionate DevOps Expert ready to lead a cultural and technical transformation? We are embarking on an exciting journey to standardize our software development lifecycle, embracing modern DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevSecOps Transformation: Champion the shift to modern DevSecOps practices, embedding quality and security throughout the SDLC.

• Develop and Document Standards: Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders to define and promote SDLC processes aligned with industry best practices.

• Define Target States: Establish clear principles and target architectures for DevSecOps implementations.

• Analyze and Improve: Collect and analyze data to inform strategies and identify areas for improvement.

• Empathize and Understand: Engage deeply with development teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.

• Advocate and Influence: Promote DevSecOps benefits through demos, use cases, and effective communication across the organization.

• Enable Adoption: Provide hands-on support during onboarding to new tools and methodologies, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance DevSecOps practices and foster a culture of innovation.

Requirements:

Experience & Education:

• 7+ years in Dev(Sec)Ops Engineering or Architecture

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming/application development background (Java: 4–6 years)

• Deep understanding of DevOps practices and SDLC

• Solid knowledge of security/compliance governance and requirements engineering

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

Soft Skills:

• Excellent presentation, moderation, and communication skills

• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven teamwork, mental agility, and self-motivation

Languages:

• English (spoken and written): Very good
