Senior Azure Data Architect

Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month / flexible

Work Model: Mostly remote, with occasional office presence in Wrocław

Contract Type: B2B via Experis

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data solutions that integrate multiple sources to support business processes.

• Provide technical support, platform administration, and manage access rights.

• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and target architectures.

• Act as a data and cloud expert, sharing knowledge across teams and stakeholders.

• Develop robust data architecture with a focus on data modeling, quality, and protection.

• Document technical specifications and collaborate with analysts on architectural guidance.

• Lead architectural efforts in data projects and assist in creating business use cases.

• Define architecture for data management and advanced analytics in Azure.

• Ensure compliance with internal frameworks and standards.

• Support implementation, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer to IT support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance.

• Maintain Azure data-related resources.

  
  

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture and Engineering.

• Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and enterprise reporting.

• Strong background in Azure architecture design and implementation.

• Solid understanding of data security across all layers.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.

• Familiarity with Azure services including SQL Database, IAM, and Data Lake.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in SQL and Python.
